We’re just a few hundred yards from the channel leading to Lake Ontario so you won’t waste precious fuel or time getting out to open cruising waters. And when you are hanging around on the dock with your friends, the long shorelines on both the bay and lake offer breathtaking views.

Our docks are snugged up behind a peninsula between Lake Ontario and Little Sodus Bay, providing protection from winds from the north and west. Over 600,000 pounds of concrete break wall provide shelter from south and east winds.

The marina clubhouse includes indoor and outdoor dining areas, a full kitchen, laundry machines and full restroom and shower facilities. Our restrooms and showers were completely remodeled in 2017 and we keep them spotless. A few years ago, the county health inspector remarked “These have to be the cleanest facilities I have seen!”

We’ve invested in the latest wifi technologies and our system is regularly updated to ensure we are providing optimum service. It’s not easy to provide good coverage at a marina with all of the obstructions like sailboat masts and metal buildings. We compensate for this by going the extra mile with access points. You will find a good strong wifi signal and blazing fast internet. Stream away.

We have thousands of feet of shoreline along Lake Ontario and our property is adjacent to the Village of Fair Haven West Barrier Bar which includes a large sandy beach area. You can hang out all afternoon with your friends and family to catch some sun and get your feet wet too. All of this is just a stone’s throw from your boat too. You won’t believe it.

The Village of Fair Haven park is located right next to Fair Point Marina. The park offers a sandy beach, walking trails, places to fish, places to watch boat traffic on Lake Ontario, Little Sodus Bay and the channel and shoreline areas to hop on board your paddle board. Your dog will thank you too.

We don’t know of any marina or yacht club that does more to entertain its customers during the summer. We offer live-band parties with free food and cocktails at our semi-famous tiki bar. We organize RV crawls, trattoria italian dinners along the shore, fun sailboat races and much more. Our summer entertainment series will keep you rockin’ all summer.
